Total Recall Retreat

June 10-12, 2011

Total Recall Retreat is an annual women's weekend on Pelee Island offering an amazing mix of talented women and events. It includes a healing tent to pamper your souls, a marketplace with unique vendors, and workshops to help keep you motivated and inspired.

This retreat allows you to get away and learn, to deepen friendships, to dream big, and to have fun. Come laugh, play, dance, sing, create, release, refresh, connect and unwind.

Island Biking & Astronomy Series 2011

Along with Canada South Eco Tours, a company that does cycling tours in Windsor and Essex County, we are hosting the second Annual Island Biking Astronomy Tour Series on Pelee Island, Ontario. This 2 day, 1 night event, on Lake Erie’s largest secluded island, includes an adventure tourism bike ride, observation of constellations with Royal Astronomical Society of Canada, local catered meals, ferry transportation, camping fees, and an evening campfire with local entertainment. Sunday morning there is an optional Bird Walk with the Pelee Island Bird Observatory (PIBO). 

The weekend tour dates are as follows:

  • May 21-22
  • July 2-3
  • July 30-31
  • August 13-14

2010 Birds, Bikes & Books Eco-Adventure

Introducing the Second Annual Birds, Bikes & Books (BBB) Eco-Adventure Weekend to be held May 7-9, 2010 on Pelee Island. Last year's event was a success and BBB 2010 will be an adventure-filled weekend on beautiful Pelee Island. Come explore Pelee island by participating in an adventure tourism bird race by bicycle, observing rare migratory birds with expert birders, and attend the Spring Song Banquet. Unfortunately, Margaret Atwood will be abroad accepting an award and will not be attending the banquet as previously mentioned. She has been awarded the Dan David Prize from Tel Aviv University. This year's guest speaker is Brian Brett, nominated for the Writers’ Trust Non Fiction Prize.

The weekend package includes:
  • 24 hour biking bird race guided by Expert Birders
  • Tickets to the 9th Annual Spring Song Banquet at the Pelee Island Winery pavilion with guest speaker Brian Brett
