8:00am	Ferry Departure to Pelee Island
9:30am	Arrive to Pelee Island
9:45am	Explore Pelee Weekend Orientation Group Leaders & Participants Mandatory Meeting, meet & greet, question and answers regarding weekend
10:00am	Shuttle service to accommodations, drop off personal items, prepare for bird race
11:00am	Comfortech Bicycle Rental, choose bikes for weekend
11:00-11:30am	Bagged Lunches, pair up with Team Leaders and group participants
12:00 noon	Official Start to Bird Race at the West Dock, Pelee Island Heritage Centre
12:00-4:30pm	Bird Race
4:30-5:30pm	Free-time, lodging, freshen up for dinner
	Option for Trip Leaders to continue birding from this point until 6:30pm to meet at the Wine & Cheese
5:45pm	Bike to Pelee Island Bird Observatory (PIBO) cottage
6:00-7:30pm	Wine & Cheese with Margaret Atwood and Graeme Gibson the Elder @ PIBO cottage
7:30-9:30pm	Gourmet Island Cuisine Dinner catered by Conorlee’s Bakery
9:30-10:30pm	Owling

5:00am	Wake Up
5:15am	Breakfast
5:30am	Bird Race continues, meet up with Trip Leaders
6:00am	Morning visit to PIBO Field Station for Bird Banding Demonstration
6:15am	Sunrise
12:00 noon	Bird Race finishes, meet up at Pelee Island Heritage Centre
12:00-1:00pm	Lunch catered at Pelee Island Winery Pavilion & Wine Demonstration
1:00-3:00pm	Free time
3:00-4:30pm	Geological, Historical and Natural tour of Pelee Island by Explore Pelee, includes visit to Historical Lighthouse at Lighthouse Point Nature Reserve
4:30pm	Drop off at accommodations, prepare for banquet
5:30pm	Pick up at accommodations, shuttle to Winery
6:00-9:00pm	Pelee Island Winery Pavilion for Spring Song Banquet
9:30pm	Option of shuttle back to accommodations

7:00am	Wake Up
7:30am	Breakfast catered to accommodations, have all personal items packed and ready for pick up
8:00-8:30am	Bike to Fish Point
8:30-10:30am	Hiking Tour to Fish Point Nature Reserve, walk to Most Southern Inhabited Point in Canada
10:45am	Bike to Pelee Island Heritage Centre (PIHC)
11:00am	Tour of PIHC
12:00-1:00pm	Lunch at Westview Tavern
1:00pm	Return bikes, gather personal items brought to West dock by Explore Pelee
	Option: Participants may stay on the island longer, however, the Birds, Bikes & Books Weekend will come to an end @ 1pm.
1:30pm	Board Ferry
2:00pm	Ferry departs Pelee Island for Kingsville
3:30pm	Arrive in Kingsville
8:00pm	Last Ferry for the day leaving Pelee Island for Kingsville

All catered meals for the weekend will be provided by Conorlee’s Bakery & Delicatessen.
