Grief & Loss Workshop Series 

Tuesdays Evenings 6-8pm

Workshop Fee: $20 -$100 for Series of 5 Workshops (+$5 Material Fee for Week 1) 

Week 1- July 29, 2008- Introduction and Multi-medium art creation- ‘Filling the Void’

Week 2- Aug.5, 2008- Sound Therapy- exploring music as an outlet for grieving

Week 3- Aug.12, 2008- Movement Therapy- ‘Journeying the path of awareness’ walking with your lost loved one

Week 4- Aug.19, 2008- Healing through Journaling- connecting with lost ones through letter writing

Week 5- Aug.26, 2008- Closure Session- Drama Therapy- Tools for recognizing the lessons your loved one taught you and steps to move forward and let go!
