Week 2- Aug.13- Sound Therapy- Moving to your own beat- bring your favourite song

Week 3- Aug. 20- Creative Visualizations- Manifesting the Life you want to Live

Week 4- Aug. 27- Haiku Poetry- combined with Pastel Art Pieces

Week 5- Sept. 3- Colour Play- working with colour and energies, living passionately
